LegalPrivacy Policy
1. Who we are
Vencilla Medtex LLP (“Vencilla”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this website and provides business-to-business pharmaceutical sourcing and export coordination services through third-party manufacturing and supply partners.
Vencilla is a merchant exporter and sourcing company. It does not manufacture pharmaceutical products.
For privacy questions, contact info@vencilla.com.
2. Information we collect
When you use our contact or Request a Quote forms, we may collect business and contact information such as your name, company, business email address, country, role or requester type, optional telephone number and destination country.
A sourcing enquiry may also contain the product or molecule requested, enquiry type, product class, dosage form, strength, quantity, packaging requirements, intended timeline, documentation requirements and other details you choose to provide. When a request is started from a catalogue page, the form may also record the catalogue reference and the type of page from which the request was started.
Our website hosting, security and technical services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. The exact information depends on the services enabled on the website.
Please do not submit patient information, medical records, personal health information, passwords, payment-card details or information unrelated to your business enquiry.
3. How we use information
We use submitted information, as appropriate, to:
- Receive, review and respond to business enquiries.
- Understand product, specification and destination-market requirements.
- Assess sourcing suitability and coordinate enquiries.
- Communicate with the person or business submitting the request.
- Maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.
- Protect the website, prevent misuse, investigate security issues and establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use a sourcing enquiry as confirmation that a product is available or that an order has been accepted.
4. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share the minimum relevant information with:
- Our authorised personnel who handle enquiries.
- Hosting, email, security, website-maintenance and other service providers who help operate the website and business.
- Prospective third-party manufacturing or supply partners when relevant information is reasonably needed to evaluate or progress a sourcing enquiry.
- Authorities, advisers or other parties where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law, or is reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights.
Where a sourcing enquiry requires sharing details with a prospective supply partner, we will limit the information to what is reasonably relevant to the enquiry. Please do not include confidential information unless it is necessary for the enquiry.
5. Email and enquiry records
Website forms send enquiries by email to info@vencilla.com. The website is not configured to keep a copy of form submissions in its WordPress database. Submitted information may remain in business email correspondence and records, as well as in technical logs generated by website, hosting or email service providers.
Actual retention depends on the purpose of the enquiry, applicable legal obligations, business-record requirements and the retention settings of the services used. We do not promise a fixed deletion period unless one has been formally established.
6. Cookies and technical services
On the date shown above, the public pages of this website did not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies for visitors who are not signed in. WordPress uses functional cookies for signed-in website administrators.
Public pages load web fonts from Google Fonts and a script from the content-delivery network of our hosting provider, Hostinger. When your browser requests these resources, the providers receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may affect website functionality. If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will update this policy and address any consent that applicable law requires.
7. Service providers and international processing
Some of our service providers, including our hosting and web-font providers, may operate or process information in countries other than the country in which you are located. Any such processing is subject to applicable law.
8. Data security and retention
We take reasonable steps, appropriate to the nature of the information and the services used, to protect business enquiries against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use a business email address and avoid submitting sensitive or unnecessary information.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, applicable legal obligations and legitimate business-record requirements. When information is no longer needed, we will take appropriate steps to delete or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact info@vencilla.com to ask about personal information relating to you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion where applicable, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a privacy concern.
We may need to verify your identity and may be unable to fulfil a request where applicable law permits or requires us to retain or process the information.
We will respond in accordance with applicable law. This contact channel is also available for privacy grievances.
10. Children and patient information
This website is designed for business-to-business pharmaceutical sourcing, not for children, patients seeking treatment or individual medical enquiries.
Do not use the website’s sourcing forms to submit patient details, medical records or personal health information. If you believe such information has been submitted inadvertently, contact info@vencilla.com so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate steps taken.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, services or applicable legal requirements change. The latest revision date will be shown at the top of the page.
