LegalTerms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and its business-to-business sourcing enquiry facilities. By accessing or using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
2. Vencilla’s role
Vencilla Medtex LLP is a pharmaceutical sourcing and merchant-export business working through third-party manufacturing and supply partners. Vencilla does not manufacture pharmaceutical products or represent third-party manufacturing facilities as its own.
The website provides business information and a way to submit sourcing enquiries. It is not a retail pharmacy or a service for obtaining individual medical treatment.
3. Website and catalogue information
Descriptions, product records, technical details, categories, markets and other material are provided to help business users understand the scope of a potential enquiry.
A catalogue record or evidence label does not, by itself, establish product availability, regulatory approval, certification, manufacturing-site qualification, market authorisation, suitability or an ability to deliver.
Information may be incomplete, subject to confirmation or changed without notice. You must confirm material specifications, documents, regulatory status, commercial terms and availability for your specific transaction.
4. Requests for quotation
Submitting a Request for Quote or contact form is an enquiry, not an accepted purchase order or binding confirmation of supply.
A request does not guarantee availability, price, minimum order quantity, lead time, documentation, regulatory acceptance or delivery. Any eventual transaction is subject to separate written confirmation, agreed specifications and commercial terms, due diligence and applicable legal requirements.
Vencilla may request further information or decline an enquiry where it cannot reasonably assess or progress it.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website and any resulting transaction complies with applicable laws and regulations.
You must provide accurate business information, have authority to act for your organisation and refrain from submitting patient information, personal health information, passwords or unnecessary confidential information through website forms.
Before placing or accepting an order, you must independently confirm relevant product specifications, licences, registration and import requirements, labelling requirements, customs and tax obligations, restrictions and other requirements for the intended destination market.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or security, submit unlawful or misleading content, introduce malicious code, or use the site to infringe third-party rights.
You must not represent that a product has been approved, certified, sourced or made available by Vencilla unless the relevant facts have been confirmed in writing by an authorised representative.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, text, visual design, branding and original materials are owned by or used with permission by Vencilla or the relevant rights holder.
You may view and use public content for legitimate internal business evaluation. You must not reproduce, commercially exploit, modify or redistribute protected material beyond what applicable law permits without the relevant permission.
Third-party names, marks and documents remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to external websites or rely on third-party technical services. Vencilla does not control every external service or page and is not responsible for content or practices outside its reasonable control.
A link does not imply that Vencilla endorses or guarantees the external party.
9. Availability and warranties
We aim to keep the website useful and accessible but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content or permanent availability of any feature.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general information are provided without warranties that cannot be established from the website itself. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change the website or these terms when business practices, services or applicable requirements change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory law. Any dispute will be handled by a court or forum with jurisdiction determined under applicable law.
For questions about these terms, contact info@vencilla.com.
